Veracis Restorative Meditation/yoga classes are quiet and deeply relaxing. Five to six ‘easy’ positions, lying down, are experienced during each class.
The use of props and blankets offer support so the body can relax into the poses. The poses are are held longer to encourage the release of tension and stress while entering a deep, peaceful state. Guided breathwork to release tension gently activates the body’s natural healing system.

Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so the instructor has time to greet you.
