Hi , I'm Regina Kaiser
I am the founder of Veracis Meditation, Yoga, Retreats and Wellness.
I started in 2000 with classes and courses that grew into a wellness centre in Port Moody, BC, Canada. Today my team works with me to bring you the highest level of training, guidance and support as we nurture spirit first.
Since moving online in 2020 we have been adding new classes, courses and options for you to access and continue safely on your spiritual journey. Come grow with us!
