We wanted you to have access to at least a few guided meditations that support you in dealing with anxiety.  

How to Use:    

  • Create a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed.
  • Sit back, take a deep breath and press play. 
  • Inhale. Exhale. Breathe....
