WHO WE ARE
We are a health and wellness company specializing in nuruting spirit first through meditation (and related services) and aromatherapy-based products. Founded by Regina Kaiser in 2000, we are primarily an on-line business, additionally offering in-person workshops, retreats, and events (such as markets).
Veracis Wellness Inc. is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals and recognizes the need of people with whom we do business for the appropriate management and protection of any Personal Information that you agree to provide to us. No part of our websites is designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 13. We may provide links to other sites. We are not responsible for those other sites, their privacy policies or how they treat information about their users, and we advise you to check their privacy policies.

When you visit our sites and leave comments or use contact forms, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address may be provided

All media and content on our websites is the property of Veracis Wellness Inc. and may not be downloaded.
COOKIES
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMTION
When you purchase something from Veracis Wellness Inc., as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our services, updates and weekly insights.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email
HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our websites (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA
If you have an account on any of our sites, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
