Private Meditation Sessions
All sessions are virtual and by appointment with certified meditation teacher and founder of Veracis Meditation Program Regina Kaiser.
One-on-one sessions are a great way to get started and have your questions answered.
This is especially helpful if you are hesitant to join a live-stream class, are uncertain if meditation will work for you, or are seeking personal support.
A private meditation can also be added to any of our courses for further support and clarity.

Note: Sessions are via zoom. If you wish to receive your session via phone, and are not located in Canada, then long distance fees are your responsibility.
Energy Readings
During your reading, I assist you in understanding the messages that are relatable to your life today. I do not give out advice or make predictions; no one has better information for you than you! Your session can be recorded by request so you can listen to your session again.
Aura | Chakra Reading
Your aura is made up of layers that represent the seven primary chakras. Each layer is filled with information that affects how you feel and the decisions you make every day.
I begin with reading the root chakra and finish with the crown chakra to give you a clearer understanding of the life lessons you are working through and how they relate to your strengths, fears or limitations in making lifestyle choices.

Rose Reading
A rose reading brings clarity to who you are today. I’ll identify your current growth cycle and three past lives you are drawing upon. This allows you to understand why you feel the way you do in certain circumstances or relationships.
These past lives bring insightful perspectives, allowing you to make any changes that you decide are appropriate to your personal evolution. Note this is not a past life regression. Let your karma guide you.

An energy healing balances your energy flow through your aura, grounding, energy channels and chakras. Similar to Reiki, energy healings support inner and outer calm.

If you feel your energy is sluggish or slow, or you don't feel like your usual self, you could benefit from receiving a hand with your energy flow.
Spirit Energy Healing includes begins with a short personalized guided meditation.
