If You are New to Meditation

You may be wondering where to begin, what to expect, or if you can even meditate at all.  It's completely normal to have questions like these.  Rest assured there is no right or wrong way to meditate.  Workshops are a great way to get started. 

Setting up a meditation space

Decide where you will meditate. Find a space where you won't be disturbed. Using the same place daily supports grounding a successful practice.  Will you be sitting in a chair or on the floor, or a little of both?  Have a comfortable chair, blanket and notebook handy. 

Choosing a Workshop

This is where you get to decide what appeals to you.  Remember there is no right or wrong.  Workshops have a range of four or more classes.  We suggest listening to one class a day.  Enjoy!
