Held on the full blue moon, this day offers a natural pause to align with life’s rhythms, reflect, and return to yourself with intention.
Return to Stillness
Included:
Meditations:
Gently guided meditations to settle into presence, cultivate calm; to centre and ground into stillness, seated in chairs.
Meditation workshop to reduce stress and anxiety while providing awareness with practical tips.
An integration with May’s full blue moon, a rare moment in the lunar cycle that invites illumination, reflection, and quiet renewal.Journalling: time to reflect and connect with your inner self even more. Inspirational prompts provided.
Movement: gentle yoga, stretching, and walking with Linda and/or Regina for all body types to nurture the body and mind
Cacao ceremony: a mindful sipping of ceremonial cacao prepared by Linda for our drum journey. Cacao has no psychoactive effects and is intended to create a mindful pause.
Live drum journey: a sacred guided journey with Regina, for self-reflection and to connect with the rhythm of the earth. Mostly experienced lying down for relaxation and comfort. A chair can be used, if needed.
Hands-on aromatherapy workshop: a fun filled gathering with Regina to learn about calming essential oils and create your own essential oil roll-on to take home.
For comfort and safety, we ask that participants avoid attending if sensitive to scents (headaches or strong reactions). Please contact us about future scent-free workshops.

Transfer your registration to another person with advance notice, or
Apply your registration to a future one-day retreat or other meditation services at Veracis on-line within the next 12 months (subject to availability)
