Hi, I'm Regina Kaiser
Creating Begin Within Inspiration Cards has been a deeply fulfilling journey for me. These cards were born from my desire to share simple, meaningful messages that encourage you to connect with your inner wisdom and find moments of peace and clarity in your daily life.
Each card is infused with the lessons I’ve learned and teach through meditation; about trust, mindfulness, and the beauty of self-discovery. Crafting these affirmations and prompts allowed me to reflect on the universal truths that bring balance and joy, not just to my own life but to those I’ve guided in meditation.
This project is more than a deck of cards. It’s an extension of the space I create in my classes; a space where people can pause, reflect, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Knowing these cards can serve as a daily anchor for someone’s journey fills me with gratitude and joy.
To me, Begin Within is a reminder that everything we seek—peace, clarity, and purpose starts from within. And it’s a privilege to share these messages with you.
