Do I need experience to begin meditation?
No experience is needed. Our classes are designed to support complete beginners as well as those looking to deepen an existing practice.
What if I can’t quiet my mind?
That’s completely normal. Meditation is not about stopping thoughts. It’s about learning how to relate to them differently. You’ll be guided step-by-step with practical techniques.
How do I know where to start?
If you’re new, begin with foundational meditation courses or beginner-friendly workshops. These provide simple tools you can apply right away.
Classes & Courses
What is the difference between meditation courses, series, and workshops?
Courses provide structured learning over several weeks, meditation series explore specific themes through guided classes, and workshops or retreats offer immersive experiential learning.
Are classes live or self-paced?
We offer both. Some courses are self-directed and available anytime, while others are live online or in-person. Each offering clearly states the format.
How long are the meditation classes?
Most guided meditation sessions are approximately 45 minutes unless otherwise noted.
Are there different levels?
Yes. Many offerings are open to all levels, while some advanced programs require completion of foundational courses to ensure the best experience.
Practical Questions
Do I need special equipment?
No special equipment is required. A comfortable chair and a quiet space are enough.
Can I meditate sitting in a chair?
Absolutely. Meditation is about awareness, not posture perfection. Chair-seated meditation is strongly encouraged.
What if I miss a live session?
When available, recordings are provided so you can continue at your own pace.

Is meditation religious?
No. Meditation here is taught as a practical awareness-based journey that supports well-being and conscious living, independent of religious belief.
What is Veracis® Meditation?
Veracis® Meditation is a course of studies in conscious living developed by Regina Kaiser in 2000. It is an integration of Eastern and Western, non-religious, energy based healing philosophies designed to develop awareness and inner peace through the self-healing process.
Originally offered solely in progressive levels, the program added more options in 2020 to accommodate online learning and support.
Courses and classes reflect our philosophy that everything begins on an energy level first; that health and wellness begin with nurturing spirit first, and that all healing is self healing.
