How to update your credit card, pause or cancel your membership
Use the following directions to update your account. If you still have any trouble managing your billing or subscription, please email us at [email protected]
- SIGN IN (top right corner) - Enter Email and Password
- Hover your cursor over your name (in the top right corner) to open a drop down menu. Click My Account
- Click Billing (in the menu on the left side of the page)

Change your credit card info
Pause or cancel your active subscription
If you see "You do not have any subscriptions' in the subscription area then your subscription has been cancelled.
